Dear Residents – starting on June 21st, 2017, we will be migrating to the new Yardi RentCafe/SecureCafe platform for resident services and maintenance requests. This will enable you to easily submit and track the status of your requests. This new platform can be accessed HERE. If you have any questions or concerns about setting up your account, please Contact Us. Please note, your RentCafe Registration Code is the same as your PayLease Tenant ID Code.

The below form is still available for your use if you need to submit any maintenance requests and cannot use the RentCafe platform.
